Ocean of Struggles-an undeniable truth

जिन्दगी ….हर कदम, …..इक नयी जंग है…!!!!!!
Life is a battle at every step.

Struggle is nothing but a form of karma.

Just as karma is inevitable, struggle too is an undeniable truth of life — it flows alongside us, like our very breath. And just as we have no choice but to keep performing karma, we also have no escape from struggle. It becomes something we simply must keep doing.

Eventually, struggle becomes a habit. Our mindset becomes conditioned to such an extent that we cannot even imagine life or success without it.
But who is responsible for creating these struggle-filled situations?

life’s struggles and Examinations

Many of these are internal struggles — battles we fight with our own selves.
What becomes a routine, a habit of struggling, is often simply referred to as “Examination” — but in truth, life’s struggles and examinations are not the same thing.

In an examination, the dates are declared, and we are given time to prepare.
But in real life’s struggles, there is no prior notice. No time to get ready. No time table.

As soon as exam dates are announced, the warrior within us awakens.
We create a detailed schedule, set a timetable, and each chapter becomes a mission.
From that moment, our entire perception of struggle changes. A new confidence begins to stir within — inexplicable, but undeniably powerful.

Then begins a phase of chaos —

Suddenly, relatives who were never around start appearing out of nowhere. They start assigning work and expect favors.
Everything other than studying becomes urgent and important.

Pre -Prep for Examination

Even if we were night owls earlier, sleep becomes irresistible during exams.
We start feeling hungry more often. We feel like doing chores we never did before.
Social media becomes oddly fascinating. WhatsApp messages seem crucial — especially updates on how much our friends have studied.

And once we know what others have done, we try to motivate ourselves —
“From today, I will definitely prioritize studying over everything — even sleep.”
But that “today” never seems to arrive.

The D-Day’- a night before the examination.

Eventually, the night before the exam arrives. Panic kicks in.
We desperately flip through notes like a gambler playing cards at a casino.
Conversations rise to MBA-level philosophical discussions. We pray to God with intensity.
Anxiety peaks. And suddenly, we start believing in miracles.

Ocean of Questions…

Even if the exam feels like “been there, done that,”
Thoughts about the result spark anxiety —
And we immediately start blaming fate.
“What’s written in my destiny?”
“Is struggle the only thing meant for me?”
And the most common question —
“Why does this always happen to me?”

That’s just the examination phase. But what about life’s real struggles?

There is no prior notice.
No time to prepare.
And in those moments, we often wish to live in a dream world — because dreaming about a peaceful life feels more pleasant than facing the truth.

As we keep living in this struggle-oriented mode, it becomes our default.
So much so that even a one-time negative experience gets generalized into a permanent belief:
“No one in my family understands me.”
“I must be the only failure here; everyone else is better.”
“I don’t matter. I have no value.”

Nature and Perception…

The nature and definitions of struggle have changed over time.
What used to be collective has become deeply individual.
External vs. internal struggle, personal vs. social struggle — all of it has transformed.

But the hard truth remains —
In any kind of struggle, everyone has to fight alone
Whether it’s inner turmoil, social friction, emotional pain, or practical hardship —
Everyone must wrestle with what’s written in their karmic blueprint.

Each one of us has a private, invisible battlefield.
A war to prove ourselves —
To walk alone when we lack family support.
To resist societal expectations.
To finally hear the quiet inner voice that gets drowned in the world’s noise.

Ironically, when people are alone, they crave the crowd.
But even within a crowd, each person is isolated, quietly seeking self-interest, safety, and survival.

Between the two ends of life — birth and death
If we stay aware, we slowly realize:
Every person around us is struggling in some form.
And what we often perceive as complaints may simply be the inability to express the truth.

That doesn’t mean we ignore the truth or pretend it doesn’t hurt.
But what hurts more than the struggle itself is the fear —
The idea of constantly living a struggle-filled life is more mentally exhausting than the actual events.

The truth is:

  • Sometimes you’ll be appreciated. Sometimes, ignored.
  • Sometimes you’ll be supported. At other times, you’ll grow strong by being unsupported.
  • Sometimes, you’ll be a victim. And sometimes, you’ll emerge victorious.

Every moment of life’s struggle chisels your personality. It shapes you.

This inner journey — this walk toward self-realization —
These karmic equations and soulful lessons —
That is the true preparation for life.
